ABS/ESP Brake Filters
GVS’ specialists have developed advanced filter solutions for the ABS/ESP hydraulic circuit liquid, protecting the wheel speed sensors from metallic dust contaminant and potential failure to detect wheel slip.
GVS manufactures up to 100 mln filters with “0 ppm” defect rate, realizing co-molded personalized filters with its automatic molds. For these reasons, GVS has certainly became a benchmark for these applications, from the project development stage to the final product.
Properties
GVS production in class 100.000 cleanrooms guarantee levels of cleanliness in line with required standards where no particles are allowed.
The standard filtering materials in Steel, PE, and PA satisfy every production specification, while research and technological development allow new solutions to be obtained which improve the performance of the products and reduce unit production costs.
