GVS has acquired the 100% of the share capital of the RPB Group, American player specialised in the design and production of respiratory protection devices, including supplied air respirators “SARs” and powered air purifying respirators “PAPRs”.
Thanks to the accomplishment of this operation, GVS has completed the product range in the field of professional masks and will be able to acquire technical know-how in PAPR technology sector.
