          Membrana Track Etched in PCTE Idrofobico

          La Membrana di Filtrazione Track Etched GVS in Policarbonato è costituita da una sottile pellicola di policarbonato con pori definiti con precisione.

          E' ideale per l'uso in saggi di filtrazione a base cellulare, e applicazioni di filtrazione in cui è richiesta un'alta purezza.

          La membrana viene prodotta attraverso un processo di produzione proprietario in due fasi che utilizza standard di alta qualità.

          Nella prima fase, la pellicola di policarbonato è esposta alle particelle di ioni che la attraversano.

          Quando gli ioni passano attraverso la pellicola, creano "tracce" in cui il polimero viene danneggiato. 

          La pellicola irradiata viene quindi esposta a una sostanza chimica che incide le tracce creando precisi pori cilindrici. 

          La densità dei pori è controllata dal numero di tracce per unità di area, e la dimensione dei pori è controllata variando la temperatura, la forza e il tempo di esposizione della soluzione irradiata. 

          Questo processo unico consente un maggiore controllo sulla dimensione e sulla densità dei pori per garantire che le proprietà fisiche di ciascuna membrana corrispondano esattamente alle specifiche richieste dal cliente. 

          La membrana risultante è una sottile pellicola di policarbonato traslucida con una superficie liscia e piatta. 

          Tutte le particelle più grandi della dimensione dei pori vengono catturate sulla sua superficie.

          PCTE PVP-Free (Idrofobica)

          La Membrana di Filtrazione Track Etched GVS in Policarbonato è disponibile anche come membrana idrofobica, ideale per analisi cellulari, bioprocessi e diagnostica. 

          Questa membrana non è trattata con PVP, quindi mantiene la sua naturale idrofobicità.

          Le altre caratteristiche e specifiche sono simili a quelle della membrana PCTE.

          La Membrana di Filtrazione Track Etched GVS in Policarbonato è disponibile in rolli di larghezza da 0.63cm a 50cm, in sheet e dischi che possono essere personalizzati per soddisfare i requisiti di applicazione e dimensioni richieste dal cliente.

          Caratteristiche e Vantaggi

          • La dimensione e la densità assolute dei pori consentono una separazione precisa delle dimensioni;
          • Le misurazioni dirette dello spessore e della dimensione dei pori forniscono caratteristiche accurate;
          • La superficie liscia, sottile, simile al vetro è adatta per microscopia e applicazioni cellulari;
          • La resistenza superiore consente il maneggiamento con sostanze aggressive;
          • Il basso legame minimizza la ritenzione di proteine;
          • Colorazione chimica resistente per facilitare la visualizzazione microscopica;
          • La bassa citotossicità offre biocompatibilità;
          • Idonea all'uso in dispositivi medicali poichè è in compliance con i testi di tossicità USP di Classe VI.
