        Membrane di Filtrazione in PES

        La Membrana di Filtrazione GVS in PES (Polieteresolfone) è una soluzione idrofilica che offre una serie di vantaggi significativi. Realizzata con un polimero di PES ad alta temperatura, questa membrana presenta una notevole resistenza agli acidi e alle basi. La sua robustezza e lunga durata la rendono ideale per applicazioni che richiedono manipolazioni aggressive o l'uso di attrezzature automatizzate.

        La membrana è progettata specificamente per la rimozione del particolato durante le filtrazioni generali. Tuttavia, il suo valore aggiunto risiede nella sua bassa affinità ai legami proteici e ai farmaci, il che la rende particolarmente adatta alle applicazioni Life Sciences. La sua formulazione consente di ottenere risultati affidabili e riproducibili in una vasta gamma di applicazioni.

        Inoltre, offriamo una versione High Flow di questa membrana, che mantiene le stesse caratteristiche di bassa affinità ai legami proteici e ai farmaci, ma con una capacità di filtrazione più veloce. Questa variante è ideale per le applicazioni in cui è richiesto un flusso più elevato senza compromettere l'efficienza della filtrazione.

        La Membrana di Filtrazione GVS in PES è disponibile in rolli di larghezza compresa tra 2.54cm e 78.7cm, in fogli e dischi che possono essere personalizzati per soddisfare i requisiti di applicazione e dimensione richiesta dai clienti.

        Caratteristiche e Vantaggi 

        • La bassa estraibilità e la riproducibilità dei lotti assicurano risultati coerenti riducendo il background, e portate e velocità costanti;
        • Il basso legame minimizza la ritenzione di proteine e massimizza il recupero del campione;
        • Resistenza alle alte pressioni;
        • Idonea all'uso in dispositivi medicali poichè è in compliance con i test su Endotossine e USP Classe VI;
        • Soddisfa le linee guida FDA per il contatto diretto e sicuro con gli alimenti (FDA – 21 CFR - 177.2440).
